My goodness, I also bought albums from Ray Ahn! In around 1995, he worked at Powerstation at Miranda Westfield in the Sutherland Shire. My best friend knew I was a bass player and knew that he had recently started a new band, so she boldly went up and asked if I could join his new band! I was mortified – especially when he said ‘Nah – we only want blokes in our band’. Ha!
